Summary
This document defines the Communication, Dissemination, and Valorisation Plan for the BEiNG-WISE COST Action (CA22104). Its purpose is to identify effective communication channels, dissemination activities, and valorisation strategies to maximize the Actionβs impact.
The plan ensures that BEiNG-WISE activities, events, and results are shared with a wide audience, increasing visibility and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across technical, social, and legal aspects of cybersecurity.
It sets guidelines for:
- Raising awareness of project activities and outcomes.
- Identifying target groups (academics, industry, regulators, law enforcement, and the general public).
- Using effective tools (website, social media, newsletters, events).
- Maximizing impact through timely dissemination and collaboration opportunities.
Key Themes
The strategy is built around four core principles:
- Being Visible: Promoting BEiNG-WISE results and activities broadly.
- Being Interactive: Strengthening dialogue between WGs, stakeholders, and the public.
- Being Influential: Encouraging adoption of project results by academia, industry, and policymakers.
- Being Sustainable: Supporting young researchers and building a long-lasting community.
